After an epic week with a major trip to Columbus, Ohio in my aging minivan, the east coast has been hit with a major snowstorm. Unlike other places we only got eight inches of the white stuff but today the wind is howling causing wind chills around three to five degrees. Winter is really putting up a fight right now and keeping my two wheeled fleet locked up in the garage. The only two wheeled, gas powered machine I'm using is the snow thrower. Whoever invented the capability to let a machine shovel snow deserves a place in his own hall of fame. It would take me hours to shovel my driveway by hand while my low budget, single stage thrower knocks the job off in less than half an hour. All I can do right now is read about riding on the many websites and count the days until spring arrives.
